How about an option to reboot into safe mode with networking as the first repair option?

Thanks, finally got into safe mode with networking using the msconfig 2nd tab "Boot". Clean reboot, and all repairs ran with no problems. Appreciate your support

No command window opens, instead the log says "Repair failed to start, restarting" & stays there. However this only happens if I run all repairs. If I restart & run 19 on its own it's fine, runs & repairs.

Hi. Had a bad crash & had to do a Recover. Running Windows 8.1. All Windows Repair ran ok except 19, so I cancelled the repairs, & ran everything else ok;.then ran 19 on its own. So far it's been running for 18:13:00, Memory used 1.51Gb, CPU Usage: 1-2.5%; no drive reads or writes for a while. Any suggestions? I'm submitting this by phone, since I did a clean reboot. Don't want to go online with the computer undefended the
