hi i am still having trouble my computer start . on save mode/network  windows i can access progams &work with it but when i start computer on normal windows it start &show me screen / programs but i can't access any of them ***   i have windows vista ****need help

 i am having difficulty repairing my computer the problem with windows vista starts but i can not run any program .i am using windows repair V3.4.0 on safe mode but keep failing
