Tweaking.com Support & Help / Windows 10 version shows my Pro version & Key but safe mode does not!

Running Tweaking.com Windows Repair (3.9.9) shows my correct Pro version license and key.  Re-booting to Safe Mode and running windows repair shows I only have "free" version.  The Safe Mode version will not take key.
