Repair install of windows 7 fixed the issue, but after the re install i was running windows update and now KB982670 will not install.   It may have something to do with Microsoft.NET  i searched for this in programs and features and could not find it, tried to do an install of the current version of microsft.NET and would error out.  Windows Error code 643.

Yea its almost like I should just do a reinstall of windows.  Shane I did replace C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery and I am still coming up with numerous errors. see attached

I replaced the dll file reran scan now 4 times and I am still coming up with error.  Have any other suggestions to fix this?

64 Bit .  I replace the file and uninstalled and reinstalled KB2685813 and ran SFC /scannow 4 times.  Here is what the output currently yields.  See attached.

I have run your tweaking program to try to fix these three windows updates.

KB2800095
KB2862330
KB2961072

All three install successfully but when I restart the computer, it starts to configure windows and then reverts back because of the failed updates. I have tried to install all three of these updates individually with no luck.  I have installed malwarebytes and ran a scan in safe mode and superantipyware finding issues and clearing them.  I have run microsoft fix it tool(no luck).  I have troubleshooted the problem with windows(no luck). I have run Fix WU Utility(no luck).  I have used Kerish DR free trial to fix windows update(no luck).  I have ran ccleaner to fix all the registry problems.  The sfc /scannow function has been run finding problems that it was unable to fix.  I am not sure how to interpret the log file.  I would like to get these windows updates fixed.

Any help on this issue would be useful.

Scanning Windows Packages Files.

This File Is Corrupt (Bad Digital Signature):
C:\Windows\servicing\Packages\Package_7_for_KB2667402~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.2.0.mum

Problems where found with the packages files, these files need to be replaced
The SFC (System File Checker) doesn't scan and replace some of these files, so you may need to replace them manually.
If you need help in replacing these files, post on the Forums at Tweaking.com for help.
