I rebooted into safe mode after I entered the info again hoping it would take however...

The info will not stay and so I rebooted into safe mode...

The program ran some lines in DOS then asked if I was ready to reboot into safe and I did.

Rebooted into safe and when I opened up the program it started the same way and with the same message..."Houston we..."

I entered my key and id again and restarted the program again and still the same results...

Bottom line is I think the program is FAILING to remember/save any registration info entered.

Just my guess...

Sorry for the repeated posting but no matter what I try I get the same results as you have shown with the "Sorry Houston" window in the middle.

Yes I have a direct connection when this is happening.

It is also happening to BOTH my Desktop (direct connection) and my laptop (wireless) both with Win-10 64 bit.

Both PCs are using the same network at home.

Just booted up and the program shows me as a "free" user.

I paid for the Pro version a while back but it will NOT take my info.

I entered my info and restarted the program but it will not take!

Pls advise

This newest version 3928 will not open!  All was fine with 3927.  Removed and re-installed but no luck!  My MSI laptop worked fine with the auto update but this Dell Desktop will not take the update either way.  Any ideas?  Maybe we need a new version? 3929?
