General Computer Support / Windows 10/64Bit Prof. Freezes at idle at random times forcing a Hard reboot

I have exhausted help at several Forums trying to solve this Windows ten issue, the layest at Ten Forums (https://www.tenforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/75311-random-bsod-particularly-when-idling-kernel-power-event-41-a-2.html#post924722). I copied the site here because there is historical files attached there.
I Have replaced Memory, downloaded W10 twice two different ways, have ran the Tweaking Windows Repair Toolbox, and updated all the drivers possible.  I found out that Windows for some reason (unexplained) does not work well with 2 GTX630 cards side by side (I am now operating with one card with no issues),  I ran a test in both slots with each card individually; as long as they were there in a single slot, they worked fine.  When I put in either card, with the second NOT connected to monitors, the Desktop froze.  I have attached some relevant files of the Desktop as is today here, for those who can read Windows native logs.
Any ideas or help from people that know more than me will be welcome.

General Computer Support / Backup Windows 10 after upgrade from Windows 7

I upgraded 2 desktop machines and have not been able to backup either one of them.
One quits the update after a while ("the backup was cancelled"), the other says, it does not recognize the external drive as the backup drive.
Has anyone had or have a similar problem and solved it?

General Computer Support / Deleting Microsoft Defective Updates

I have learned that MS has released several defective updates that create issues with some Apps.  In particular with an app I use daily called Ninja Trader.  Here is a thread from an announcement made in a pertinent Forum: " Open the Programs and Features item in Control Panel, and then click View installed updates. Find and then uninstall any of the following update that are currently installed:
KB2982791
KB2970228
KB2975719
KB2975331
Restart the computer."
My "Programs and Features" does NOT list these updates, does that mean I don't have them?  Or, does it mean I have to dig a different way to find them?

I have a freebie countdown clock I use daily.  There are a few things I would like to add to it; however, I do not know what it was programmed with, or how to find out.  Is there a way to get to the software that drives it?

General Computer Support / Re-partition my HDD

I successfully cloned the C:. I am currently running off of the SSD.
I copied all my data files offsite and now I need to re-partition my Hard Disk. 
When you intervened in my last machine, you did this very easily with a native program in Windows. 
Can you let me know how I can do that? 
One more question (if you don't mind), I do not have a partition D: right now.  I tried to use Norton's "Partition Magic"  But it complained that I did not have a partition D:
How do I reshuffle my partitions?

General Computer Support / Moving OS W7 from HDD to SSD

His Shane, in view of my last experience moving the W7 OS with the Windows App., I am writing to ask you How can I Move (with less pain), my Window 7 64B from the HDD (now) to a Samsung 840 EVO SSD?  This is for the Old Desktop; I am refreshing it.
Otherwise My plan is to leave the HDD there with the Data it contains.  Right now the HDD is partitioned as: C: OS; D: Data; E: Internal Backup.
My specific Questions:
What app would you recommend to use for the C: move?
Would you recommend I "re-partition" the drive? (I only want to keep data there).  However, I don't to lose the data I have there.

I am having C# programming failures that are hard to explain.  I went to check on the .NET updates and saw an update that failed on April 4.  However, I also saw that Explorer 11 update was successful.  Are these the same update or 2 different updates?

General Computer Support / Start Menu Fixws Programs Jump Needed

I have W7 64Bit Professional and use MSOffice with my system.  Last time I had this system running, the MSO programs all had the "jump to" file arrow like the one in "Getting Started." I have studied how to put them back on the MSO programs but cannot find a process that works to do this.

Please Help.

The Problem(s): 1. a Windows "This files might be harmful to your computer" Security message showed up every time I tried to move a file from one my folders to a parent or other folder.  2. Windows updates would fail.
Solution: 1. I made the mistake of going to MS Technical help -  they kept trying to "patch" for the update issue (it kept happening); they tried to solve the "harmful" message by deleting all kinds of stuff in regedit which really messed up my OS.
2.  Started talking to Shane when I noticed the MS Tech help went to his site to pick up and use his tools.

4. Please note the speed of Shane's responses in the post.  I wrote the original post on March 28 and Shane solved the problem by April 2nd; and, there was a weekend in the middle of that.

Shane solved it!!

I had been to Microsoft Technical Help and all they did was destroyed the OS in my machine without solving the problem.
The problem has its roots in using Microsoft's "Windows Easy Transfer" to move data files from an old ONE Hard Drive desktop to a new 2 Storage device Desktop (an SSD + HDD).
On the new Machine, I installed the SSD first, loaded the new OS and programs I needed.  Afterwards, I installed the HDD and used Windows Easy Transfer to capture my data.
In addition to move what I needed, Windows Easy Transfer also moved some system files.
My new OS (C Drive) thought anything in the HDD (E drive) was a foreign machine.

The solution was to move the Data out of E, kill the system files and recreate E, then move the Data back.
I have Shane to thank for the detective work and cleanup.

If you don't want this problem, be careful on this type of transfer and avoid the issue I just described."

General Computer Support / Windows Security refuses to let me move my documents within the same folder

For some reason Windows security gives me a popup that says "These files might be harmful to your computer" (see attached png).  I have been with Microsoft help for 2 days now and they can't find where the corruption is.  I created a second user profile in this machine and this problem does NOT happen there.  So, I believe somehow my user profile is corrupted.  I would consider moving (it would be a lot of work), however, this is where I have setup shop and would like to stay here if at all possible.

This is still a problem AFTER I ran ALL the tweaking programs from you site.  so this issue is hidden somewhere.

Any help would be appreciated.
