General Computer Support / Just a follow up with an old topic

Hey Shane, I was trying to PM you to request you to unlock my previous topic but I got this note " User 'Shane' has blocked your personal message."
Any way, I started a topic in the past here at (http://www.tweaking.com/forums/index.php/topic,2756.0/topicseen.html), and since it's locked now I want to edit it for good, in that topic I asked why would a folder/file get locked in Windows Os for some several minutes and for an unknown reason, in that topic I said I changed some with the antivirus software, but the AV itself got nothing to do with such issues and today I found myself was mistaken with that thing, and might be that solved it accidentally with other things I tried that time, today I solved such an issue by Enabling the "Application Experience" service,  such issues often pop up for advanced users and heavily tweakers, since the Application Experience service is auto by default. That's it, bye.

Hello Shane,

I'm getting this message eventually, the case is when I enter a folder then click back or up to rename/delete that folder, that message appear, I have to wait for some minutes in order to delete/rename it.

Any idea?

Hello! This is Win7x86 I have purchased a new DVD drive, I see this [attached image] any idea how to let the Windows read the drive better than just a CD drive by the way the Nero can read/write to this DVD drive, but Windows built-in burning feature is not working with it.  Thanks!
