General Computer Support / Need Help fixing tweaking 2.9.2!!!!!!!!!!

I'm frustrating alot on this program it was working fine until today!!!I disabled all my antivirus and it still didn't work.I'm trying to fix a dll problem that keeps popping up. I'll show you what is says. @Shane
