Tweaking.com Support & Help / problem grading to latest windows repair aio pro 3.9.0.25

I download the latest Ver. 3.9.0.25 to upgrade and my norton internet security block it as it detect it as a Trojan.Gen.8. Why is this so.
 I don't have the problem with Ver. 3.9.0.24. Please advise.

I run ver. 3.9.11 and reboot to safe mode to continue with repair but I can't login my password.
Why is this so?
