General Computer Support / Screen does not turns back ON after coming out of sleep.

Hi,
I'm Kelvin from Canada. Found this forum searching for my problem. I hope I find solutions here.
I have Dell Inspiron 3567 i3-7th Gen laptop with Windows 10 pro installed. Problem is that my screen does not turns back on after my laptop comes back from idle state. I hear windows sounds when I press every key out of frustration. Wonder if it is a hardware issue or OS? Right now, I have disabled screen turn off in every case but it's a temporary solution as it is consuming my battery a lot.
