General Computer Support / hang 2020-06 Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 on x64-based systems (KB4023057)

I've been blocking this update for some time
I have performed patches without result including Tweaking Repair
I bought and installed a new W10 home license without problem, but that did not change the problem
DISM finds error 87 on the 2 commands "startcomponent cleanup" and "restorehealth" with sfc / scannow no integrity violation
I do not know what to do
