It is just a simple dialog, but here is a shot of it. I just downloaded your Advanced System Tweaker, but get the same error when trying to install it. I copied the install file to C:\Windows\Temp just to see if the location was an error, but I've installed countless programs from C:\util\temp without problems.

I have recently installed Windows 7 Enterprise, 64-bit. I have only had problems reinstalling one program, an add-in for Outlook 2010, which worked fine for me with Outlook 2007 under Windows XP. The problem appears to be with registration of a DLL. When I try to register this DLL manually, I get a permission error. My account has full admin access.

The source of that program (Fieldston Software) recommended running your ResetRegistryPermissions utility, but when I attempt to run that, I immediately get an error dialog that says "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

Just wondered if you have encountered this before and know of a solution.
