Shane. Finally picked up clean xp disk and restored all corrupted files. Just got twc internet. i am running an old intel pentium 3. Need a flash player so I can stream video and audio. Any ideas on what I can use. I have windowsxpsp3

Yes it asks for a disk. So far have had no luck tracking one down. Out of luck HUH?

I was afraid you were going to say I need the xp disk. I did perform a chkdsk and no problems there. Anything else come to mind

I am unable to get on the internet because of the following problem. Basically it is a services problem. The services that allow internet connection sharing (ICS) will not run. These services include sharedaccess, netman,rasauto, rasman,wmi.

I cannot get to services through administrative tool because i get a "cannot find snap-in", so I have used cmd.exe and the "sc" commands. Still can't turn on the above services. I no longer have the xp disk. I am running sp3. I have tried the windows repair available here, but I also keep getting an ACTIVEDS.dll error message so the repair won't run. At this point I am stumped. Can't afford a new computer right now.
