The speed is wireless.  I did the test on my mobile phone from the same location, approx 50 ft from the router and have a 174/114.  I have attached the SSID screen shots.  I don't know how to change the channel so I included the  Wireless summary from the IP.  Can you help me further?

I am running Windows 10 on my HP laptop with Intel I7, 2.20 Ghz, 6 GB Ram, 64 bit OS.  My internet speed is 200/200, but when I do a speed test my results are 44/38.  I have run the Tweaking Pro repair and nothing changed.  I'm somewhat technical but not about this.  What can I do?
