Update: I am working with a great tech on Sysnative Forums.  We are progressing.  Still not fixed but I would say it's going good so far.

Just a huge thanks to everyone here!  You are some serious cool people for your willingness to assist others in need.

So thank you for all you do.  It's appreciated!

Tony

Phil - I don't think you are butting in.  As a matter of fact, I appreciate your input.  I will head to the website now and take a look.

Thanks!!

Thanks for the suggestion however I have webroot installed on the server and always has been so I don't believe it was any type of infection. Unless you consider windows itself as a virus. Lol

Good suggestion, I did a checklist and it came back and told me that there were no issues. When I reviewed the update results list, the list of past updates that have been installed this problem has been happening for months and we didn't realize it. So it would be hard to associated with anything that we did many months ago. If you look at the catalog missing CBS and trees you will notice that it has the Korean language reference in them for some reason. This is indicated by the krko. I wonder if that has anything to do with it? I double-checked and we do not have any other language packs installed or anything like that. English only.

I found a thread where Julian somehow restored these missing CBS catalogs.  Also, I have done a lot a research and have seen others have way more corruption than this and they were able to fix it.  It just has to get into the right hands.  Anyway to reach out to Julian?  Do you know him?  I believe he can fix this issue, he fixed a very similar issue for someone else.

Thanks for your efforts!
