One thing they added to the lastest version is Windows XP  Option to extend Windows Updates to the year 2019. Maybe you can look into this and add it to one of your programs.

So far so good. What we found here should be added to your program. It helped me fix my problem Think add the reg keys first then do the permissions.

Everything has a checkmark in the box. What are the other tabs? So we need to find out what the registry keys for the other tabs?

Check this out. Is seem the fix the of the screen shot I showed you. I copied the registry and made a reg file. and now when I right click on the folder and go to properties, you will have a security tab and click on it, it works. But still can not open the folder.

Can you check this out. It might be good to add to your program Windows Repair (All in One).

I want to the link for Windows 7 SP1 iso. The question is what is the difference between Windows 7 SP1 and Windows 7 SP1 Media Refresh? Thanks This would be a good thing to have if I need to ever to a repair.

One thing looks like you forgot to say is what version you are running. Is it 32 bit or 64 bit.

General Computer Support / How to get Windows 8.1 update 1
« on: May 24, 2014, 08:32:15 am »
What is the best way to Windows 8.1? My mom and dad's lapto is an HP and it came with Window 8. We tried to update it to Windows 8.1 and it did the update but the control panel was missed up. Heard lots up people were having trouble with the Windows 8.1 update and the Windows 8.1 update 1 update. The laptop did not come with any cds. All the upgrades I have done in the past have worked great. Really thinks Microsoft  have really missed up this time with both of the updates and haye that they are forcing no updates unless you have Windows 8.1 update 1 installed. They should fix updates before they froce on updates unless you have Windows 8.1 update 1.

That was the first thing I check and checked it. Then did what you said and it worked. Now just installed to programs and it seem to be working fine now.
