I've had a computer that had a similar issue. it would not work with the mouse at all keyboard worked fine and switched out to another usb port same issue then I updated the driver same issue persisted.  what I ended up doing was refreshing the pc without deleting the files.

Average processes is 60 to 75 anything higher will bog down a system have you done a malware check at all and do you really need all those programs starting up you can open a run box with winkey + r type msconfig and go to startup disable everything you don't need running besides your antivirus. Another thing is go to the start menu type in task schedule you should be able to see all the tasks that start up.

I removed your email address you don't want some random spam bot emailing you. right now I would suggest going to this link http://www.tweaking.com/content/page/windows_repair_all_in_one.html

There you can find a picture that says recover key. Click on that and put in the email address for the keycode you've purchased. Usually within 5 minutes you should receive an email with your user id and key.

https://www.malwarebytes.com/startuplite/

Use this to check startup programs.

https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/

Use this to check malware I usually run 2 times in safemode with networking.

Next I do the usual a chkdsk /f make sure no hdd corruption. 0kb in bad sectors

Next I empty prefetch folder and do a restart 2 times.
First restart reintalizes the startup apps with prefetch the second is just a clean start with everything loaded up so I get a feel of how the startup is.

I hate to blame hdd on anything but have you done a chkdsk /f
The reason I ask is I've seen copy of windows 7 go none genuine when anything is "tampered" but it was just corruption of system files.

Ouch not good back up your hdd ASAP. Never wanna hear a beeping noise..

Alrighty I opened your thread over here.
So it can be multiple reasons. First
Are you running in safemode? About 90 percent of the times 3rd party programs can conflict with repairs.
Have you ran a
Code: [Select]
chkdsk /f ?
Now after that what I need to know is what repair are you stuck on?
Next is do you see any CPU usage with the tweaking.exe? Let me know the results

111
Have you tried uninstalling then doing a reinstall? If you back up your settings. Config file you should have all your previous settings let me know

Hmmm I wonder if it has a cached user data base in the registry. Also are you connected to the corporate network when doing that?  The reason I ask is on my network I had my domain server and file server controlling all the computers on my network and when I had my laptop offline for a bit it never communicated with the server to update a user I previously disabled. (My brother) but once I connected back to the network the server reconfigured and after a reboot fixed that.

Manageacl is based off of the open sourced code of setacl Shane used some of the commands as set ACL and took out a lot here is the set ACL website. https://helgeklein.com/setacl/documentation/command-line-version-setacl-exe/ this site gives a list of commands. As for a gui version I don't think I know of any program.

Looks like the update was cached in the software distribution folder  and  you  failed to meet  deadline buddy...  Go ahead and run the fix windows update with windows aio and it should delete your folder with that update.

116
Hmmm shoot I know for a fact this command works in 7 im not sure about vista but it should not hurt to try. dism.exe /image:C:\ /cleanup-image /revertpendingactions
Let me know.

Hold up this is not at start up? This is during a repair which one? That changes a lot....lol

119
Did you run just the registry repair if so then its a specific key that is the issue. Or did you run the file permission repair than its just a folder permission. Or it can be both. What we can do is find out which registry key or folder that does not like its permissions changed. To be ignored by windows repair so it does not modify that. To investigate further we need to know what kind of vm machine you have as well as a snap shot of the error. Thanks,
Julian
