I found at least one serious bug in the Chrome browser that causes this problem, I accidentally discovered It causes "Chrome's built-in language translator."
From English to Polish or maybe other non-English. Then, when you hover over the "like" button (example Facebook) and other website... and move the mouse this browser window goes crazy!

Windows has its own repairs.

Open a command prompt and run as an administrator then enter these cmds -

dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

sfc /scannow

then reboot and check.

How to hide stupid volume bar windows 10? A million people have the same problem and I don't see any solution. Applies to the 2022 version (old solutions from years past don't work!)

This setting causes a hard problem to start Windows 10 Pro System Polish.
