Hello here,

I have such trouble on my PC,

when i working on PC or i am using internet and so on, such like that window pops up with the that title: WINDOWS EXPLORER IS RESTARTING.

what is that? it thinks a lot and freezes everything after i am made to restart manually.

can help me for it?

That can be a number of things. When explorer crashes it is normally caused by a 3rd party program or dll attaching itself to explorer.

This tool can let you see what has attached itself to explorer.exe :wink:
