windstream used your program and could not get there program 2 work i get a message that there bean not allowing there program to work if u remove McAfee then install it works for a day or 2 of course i re installed McAfee there is 2 java script errors when u start windstream broadband checkup  i have also got a message that my bean is not recognized on my account to let programs work also just found out that isp address has a list of services u pay for and if it in the list your programs wont work i payed for services since oct and they forgot to put it in my isp address if u can do this please let me know it called (Repair_Windows)

OK so their software isnt working on your system, but when you uninstalled your antivirus their software worked? Correct?

If so then the problem is the antivirus blocking the program, which doesn't surprise me with macfee. I never liked using them and according to av-comparatives.org they are not what they use to be lol

But my repair tool is for fixing windows, wont really help with third party programs unless there is something in windows their program relies on.

What version of macfee do you have installed and does it have a built in firewall?

they shut mcafee off when working on it they do it in safe mode
