Start Menu Fixws Programs Jump Needed
« on: April 20, 2014, 09:00:36 am »
I have W7 64Bit Professional and use MSOffice with my system.  Last time I had this system running, the MSO programs all had the "jump to" file arrow like the one in "Getting Started." I have studied how to put them back on the MSO programs but cannot find a process that works to do this.

Please Help.

I found this on it, see if your settings match :-)

Thanks Shane, I tried that potential solution, however, it did not fix the items pinned to the start menu.  My Start Menu still looks as it did before (see "?" in attached image).
Some other sites suggested I "reload" MSO; I tried to "repair" it did not do the trick.
There is something I am missing here.

Those didnt show anything on my computer either. It wasnt until the recently used documents list grew that the icons came back. I did some reading on the start menu in 7 and they changed the recently open documents to be filtered and shown with the program they belong to. Thats why you would get the arrow. But if there are no documents in that list then there is no arrow :-)

I understand, thanks.
I won't use CCleaner so often then (LOL).
