Any plans for a portable AIO Repair?
« on: June 21, 2014, 07:40:16 PM »
I've got a client's Toshiba Qosmio X775 machine with a Samsung 840 Pro Series  128GB SSD. It's hanging at the Windows Startup screen and has defied all of my efforts, up to and including putting it on my SHOP machine and running the usual repair apps. It'll load only Safe Mode with Command Prompt.

The ideal situation for me would be able to boot to the SHOP machine and run Windows AIO to the bad drive. Alternatively, an AIO.EXE on a thumb drive.

Do you have any plans- or is it even possible- to implement either alternative?

Thanks very much, Shane. As you know, I'm a HUGE fan of yours and you've saved my bacon more than once.

What a guy!

Thanks, Sampson. Seems like I should have scrolled down the menu before posting. (I have trouble with that geeky scrolling stuff, right-click, copy-and-paste...)
