I ran the program and I am still getting-- The window installer service could not be accessed. This can occur if the windows installer is not
correctly installed. Can you help with this??? Thanks

Also have you done a sfc /scannow on your system yet?
And what version of Windows do you have?

That might be part of the problem, or reg keys have gotten screwed up.
Anything else not working correctly?

it will not update security issues...doesn't auto srart usb and there are some files missing..

Then doing a repair install would be the best next step
