Hi,

I tried the tweaking all in one program.

Still no use. My windows update service in not running and the services is missing. (also BIT is missing)

Also the windows defender will not work either error code: 0x80070424.

Because of this my real-time scanner is not working.

It seems that some of my windows programs are the only things wrong with my pc.

I have tried for months on end and still no use.

If anyone has a way to fix this please let me know!

My pc has operating system windows 7 64 bit ultimate.

Thanks!!! :D

Boot up into Safe Mode with Networking and download the free version of MBAM and run that while in Safe Mode with Networking.

Uncheck the box if it asks if you want to run the Pro trial version.

What happens when you right click on ASP.NET - Properties - and change the Start up to Manual ?

See if this ESET program will reinstate your services http://kb.eset.com/library/ESET/KB%20Team%20Only/Malware/ServicesRepair.exe

Also can you open a Command Prompt as an admin and enter sfc /scannow

Should you need this go Start - type cmd.exe - right click on cmd and select Run as administrator - accept the UAC - type sfc /scannow then press enter and let us know what it reports.

Have you also checked Event Viewer or Reliability history to see if they have anything on these ?

Edit -

For some reason or other the Hyperlink for MBAM isn't working - use https://www.malwarebytes.org/

Your system is most likely still infected.

My Windows Repair program puts back those services and yet they are still missing, which means something is still deleting them, and that is always a virus.

If you havent tried it yet give combofix a try as well to clean it up.
