Task bar settings

I have a client whose pinned programs positions are no longer being retained mostly for Chrome others seem to work.

Anyone know what is going on there?

Trying the Reset Registry Permissions next time, but on my system, (which needed it) I rant this and it left another SetACL_64.exe process and window running when it was done.

2 of these grey SetACL_64.exe windows appeared during the process and the other stayed at work even though the Reset Registry Permissions v2.8.3 app said it was done, it finished about 10minutes later.

Any ideas?

Is chrome the only pinned item having trouble?

Are you able to use other pinned items, even add new ones or remove old ones?

And what exactly isnt working with the chrome pinned icon?
