Hi is 8.1 windows better than 8

I have heard that Windows have fixed a lot of Window 8 problems with 8.1 etc?

Yes 8.1 is better than 8, but it still sucks lol

In 2 weeks I think MS will be unveiling the first preview of Windows 9, which to be honest looks very promising compared to 8 and is due out next year.

I read 8.1 is much better then 8 for tablets because it allows 2 panel multitasking.
