unable to repair using MS KB Hotfix

Windows 7 Professional 64-bit SP1 on 2005 Dell with Intel Pentium 4 531, Prescott 90nm Technology, 4.00GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 265MHz (4-4-4-12), 149GB Seagate ST3160023AS ATA Device (SATA). up-yo-date with win updates - except 1 that fails update:Security Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB3035126), Download size: 535 KB

Issue: Prescan shows Files Are Possibly Corrupt (Bad Digital Signature): C:\Windows\servicing\Packages\Package_2_for_KB2507938~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.4.mum

Attempted repair: KB hotfix for it : Windows6.1-KB947821-v34-x64
Result: same prescan result. (no joy)

other repairs to make sure not a disk issue include SpinRite 6.0 level 4 maintenance

Can you upload a cbs log for me or the checksur log that it created. I don't have that  mum file in my cat mum data base it looks like it was apart of a hot fix to an updated version of that update let me download it off the update catalog. Have you tried running any of the repairs for Windows repair tool yet? If not go ahead and do it.
