Well. Shows: Access is denied. There is a possibility that can full access for the folder for viewing files?
Files are not damaged. Only they do not have the original names.

How to fix "Account Unknown" :cheesy:
Tweaking Windows Repair - this is not possible, could use additional gold solution.

Have you tried resetting the Recycle Bin with this cmd -

rd /s /q C:\$Recycle.bin

Then reboot.

Cleanmgr.exe may also clean it out for you.

Go Start - type cleanmgr then right click on it and select Run as administrator.

Remove RECYCLE.BIN (SID)
No! NOT ERASE DATA!
How to access and copy the important files?
Files still exist, but no access.

100% is possible to recover the data (eg. copying data).
I have had many similar situations and always successful.
Today I do not remember exactly just what settings (proper security settings)

That cmd is used when the Recycle Bin is corrupt so it has to remove it to reset it and the reboot will reinstate it.

I was under the impression from your thread that you were wanting to empty it ?

Go to Folder Options and unhide hidden folders and files then in XP I think it should be found in C:\Recycler but as I only have Win 7 I am unable to confirm that.

Recycle.BIN IS NOT corrupted (ERRORS NOT FOUND)

Correct settings = full access = copying data
It's that simple, but the settings, the settings needed.

EDIT:
I thought as not too good work around it, but it worked.
Change SID to "Kosz / Trash"
Add to archive (eg. Winrar)
I recovered data.

But I repeat this is not nice workround

SOLVED:
Original Filename :D NOT Original Foldername
