Using Windows 7 Home Premium. Worked before running Windows Repair 1.8
Every time I try to access Device manager I get a Microsoft Management Console "Not Registered" Error message.
Tryed registering the 2 drivers using CMD function. Get Successful response but still will not open.

Are you able to right click on computer and click manage. Does it open or give you the same error?

Did a System Restore from the previous week that fixed the problem.
Have Ccleaner & Auslogic Registry Cleaner on my PC.
Using AVG Free for antivirus + PrivateFirewall 7
I believe SFC had something to do with it or the Register System Files portion of your program
Have no idea what actually caused the problem, but I am sure it was Registry related. Possible a Group Policy setting was added by Windows Repair (All In One).
Scanned with MalwareBytes before and after the Restore and found no problems.
Thank you for the reply.

Glad you got it fixed.

If you ever want to help me trace down what changed I do have an idea.

I have a program from a long time ago that I keep. It will scan and keep a copy of the reg keys. You then make changes and scan it again and then you can have it show any changes between the two.

With that we can see exactly what happened.

If your up for it let me know, if not no big deal

I'm curious which program it is? Is it "RegFromApp"?
RegFromApp monitors the Registry changes made by the application that you selected, and creates a standard RegEdit registration file (.reg) that contains all the Registry changes made by the application. You can use the generated .reg file to import these changes with RegEdit when it's needed.
