AdwCleaner - not show the names of the application

AdwCleaner - do not show the names of the application, which may or may not have to be malicious.

Example:

HKCU\Software\Classes\Applications\updater.exe

Was that in the lower pane or in the report ?

It would seem that it considers it as adware, but it has previously removed a small program for me.

JRT doesn't show you what it will remove so you only see the end result, but you could navigate the registry to see if that folder/key gives any more details as to what it applies to.

Never he liked tools - AdwCleaner - too little information.

I do not have time to search for the keys in the registry, it is pointless work.

Just use another better tools with more detailed scan results ;)

C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\updater.exe
C:\Program Files\Waterfox\updater.exe
C:\Program Files\Pale Moon\updater.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\FileHippo.com\updater.exe FileHippo App Manager 1.47 http://filehippo.com
