USB ports on mobo not working in bios
« on: July 01, 2016, 05:44:11 pm »
Hello guys,

You guys always own it when I have an issue. There is no where else I can find info that I have not thought of or those quite smarter than me. =-)

Anyhow, the problem is in the in the subject line...

When I start my PC... No keyboard detected in the bios.... Everything is fine once loaded into Windows.

The USB ports on the front of my PC that were supplied with my case.... They work in the bios.

Any idea?

Thanks in advance for the help,
Layne

Hi, did you change the ports available? Normally kb is pnp
The Bottom line is "Check your hardware first if it supports the task you try".
