I connected the new hard disk drives. Format the drive, create a partition.

Windows Repair v3.9.4

But to change for example. The label or copy the new files gets error:

Access denied. You must enter an administrator, but I have an administrator account, so I do not know what is wrong.

Run Windows Repair v3.9.4

I used Reset File Permission, but when RESTART the system did not resolve any problems!  :undecided:

Tweaking All in One Pro was updated tonight.  When it was run in Safe-Mode, it generates an error message.  It also doesn't respond to attempts to reduce it screen size or even provide the side of the screen so that it can be adjusted.  Image file attached shows this error message when it appears on the screen:
"An error occurred while attempting to delete the specified data element.
Element not found.
The batch file cannot be found." <--This line is a guess.

Any thoughts as to what might be causing this error?

Thanks,
Roger...

After posting I wondered if the screen size might be part of the problem.  The previous image size is: 800x600
Screen size was adjusted to monitor's recommended size: 1680x1050
Image attach does a better job of showing how the main dialog screen is truncated around the right and lower dialog border.  Error message with the larger screen resolution does not show now, but the there is a secondary screen under the main dialog.

Thanks,
Roger...

Rogger - This is not the same error!  :sarcastic:

You do not have permission to save in this location L:\
To obtain permission, contact your administrator.

Boggin - Why cannot save directly to a partition L:\ and can only save in the folder L:\Folder
