I am using the latest version of Windows 10 and the latest NVidia driver available.

Running the program didn't help.

Thanks.

How can I use the programme to rectify the issue I'm having? That's why I've posted on this forum.

Regards.

From what I've found for this problem with that application, rolling back to an earlier Nvidia driver has resolved it, so the repair program will have no effect.

Had this problem occurred after updating your graphics drivers ?

To what version?

In doing so am I at risk of damaging my machine?

How would I complete such action? I have the DDU installed already.

If problems occur after updating a driver, then standard procedure is to either roll back that driver or use the restore points to prior its install.

This won't harm your computer, but to see if it is your Nvidia, see if the program will run in Safe Mode with Networking where your machine will then be using the on board VGA.

To roll back to an earlier graphics driver (or any other driver), in Device Manager expand Display adapters and right click on the adapter and select Update driver - Browse my computer - Let me pick... and an earlier one may be listed.

Click on that and then on Next where it will install.

Don't know what you mean by DDU.
