What are you seeing when this happens ?

Which version of Windows are you using ?

I don't have a spare machine at the moment to run the repair program to see if it does it for me.

I am using Windows 10.  Tweaking.com tells me that it is skipping these 2 repairs.  I have run rkill as well as 3 different antivirus programs.  I am using an AMD computer.  Recently I had problems connecting usb drives.  I have reinstalled the computer with a disk image and everything seems to be running fine so far.  I suspect problems were coming from w10 updates.

You could be right about Windows Updates - 1803 has caused problems for some.

My Win 10 AMD machine has recently been factory reset back to Win 7 and there is a fair bit of work to do before I can put Win 10 back onto it, so that will have to wait before I can compare, but I'll pass on about it skipping those two repairs.

I finally got my AMD machine back to Win 10 and have run WR.

While I always uncheck the boxes for the App repairs, it sailed through all of the rest, although I did see a few Access Denied and couldn't find a number of files errors.
