i can not say thankyou loud enough to you! i struggled for a month with 2 issues on my laptop and spent countless hours trying to get help from microsft and anywhere else i could find without actually scrubbing my entire system. i could not update windows due to some bad trojan i picked up off of a free download site.thanx to nortons tech help they supposedly removed it but at the same time caused me other issues in which they said was not their problem!! and would.nt help me try to resolve them. this guy is the absolute best thing on the internet for fixes!!! the other issue was with outlook i could not open any links in emails 1 quick file from here and all was and is still running normal!!! many many kudos to you and your forum!!! thank you again.
