Override hash?
« on: November 30, 2018, 03:11:00 PM »
Is there anyway to override the hash checking of reg files has I have a few tweaks that I'd like to make to suite my system?

Thanks, Bob

I've passed this onto to my Support, but not sure when there will be a reply as it is the weekend.

Any updates you can provide?  Without the ability to override the hash checking, the Tweaking.com - Windows Repair tool is useless as not all windows versions/updates of the reg settings match those provided by the Tweaking.com - Windows Repair tool.  Updating my system with the 1803 versions of the uac.reg and WinDefend.reg files render my system unusable.  And I'm certain that the other reg files provided by the Tweaking.com - Windows Repair tool probably cause issues as well.  I need to be able to use my own versions on the reg files and other settings.

Kind Regards, Bob

Right now there is no way that I know of. I'll look into making it an option.

Thanks a bunch!  Is there a time frame on when this will be added?  I recently purchased this product and it looks like it could be a powerful tool, though it currently seems that I've simply "thrown my money down the drain." :-(
