My Windows 7 Ultimate
I installed Openwith Enhanced program and it seems it replaced System file openwith.dll in my Systems32 folder. When I uninstalled that program it didn't reactivate back and now I cannot use right-click menu open
with option.
I ran ver new released ver 4.5.2 and tried to repair System files. the problem is still there. any advice?

Check to see if you have a restore point that takes you back to before you installed that utility.
