I'll email my Support to see if anyone has come across this but I'd contact Waterfox and Brave to see if they are compatible for transferring data and either may be able to assist you.

I've had this suggestion from my Support as a possible workaround.

Try exporting from Waterfox to Firefox Portable first then try Firefox to Brave.

Since Waterfox is based on Firefox, it could possibly be a workaround as Firefox may be more flexible at allowing data to be exported.

Tom:
Thanks for the suggestion. I tried installing the full Firefox 86.x, but they wanted a password and
my age - believe that.

From what I see Waterfox/Brave is just a series of info field transpositions to make all Mozilla
passwords importable to Brave passwords.csv.

I'd never heard of those browsers until your thread, so can't advise further than other to try the portable version of Firefox if you have an USB.

While I've had Firefox installed for some time now as a spare browser, I didn't know there was a portable version either.

I'm a die hard IE user, but it looks like I'll need to use a different browser to access my gmail accounts on the rare occasions I use my Win 7 laptop as after the 15th March, gmail will no longer be supported in IE.

I've noticed on my Win 10 machines that when I load gmail in IE, it defaults to Edge.

Step 1: Open Brave browser and click on the menu bar on the top right corner. Step 2: Click on Bookmarks and then on Import bookmarks and settings. Step 3: a new window will open to select which browser data you want to import or choose an HTML file to import. Step 4: Select the browser and the data to import.

This is quite an old thread so I think it unlikely that the OP will be back.

BTW - I've ID'd you as a Spammer.
