Hello everybody, I'm newcomer here. The software detects device unknown but I cannot find out what it is.

Thank you for your reply, I tried all ways mentioned in the article without success. In Device Manager, there is no any "device unknown" at all. I suspect it is related to registry so the software may has misrecognized

As you don't have an unknown device listed in Device Manager then that may well be the case.

I don't know which program you have used or why, but this program may ID if you have something installed that doesn't have all of its drivers -
