May be the cause of that problem is The new version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware? Do you think?

Hard to tell. But just like it says on the repair window you should disable and stop any antivirus scanners and such.

You should try it again with it disabled and see if you still have the problem.

I have found the problem and looks like Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware program cause to run out of resources & Removing the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware program from my system and this solved the problem!
