Prefetch folder will not open

No error or anything? What is the security on the folder?

No error and no desktop.ini. How to I see what the security on the folder is?

Right click on the folder and go to properties, you will have a security tab.

Odd error. Make sure the UAC is turned off and reboot the system.

I googled that error and seems to be UAC related.

You can also run my Windows repair and uncheck everything except file permission and registry permissions :-)
