I deleted it but I still have the same problem. same error code.

This is frustrating.

The easiest way to back up your registry is to create a restore point, but don't make any further changes as Shane will now have a lot more to go on to find a resolution for you as this is now beyond my realms.

I tried running the Tweaking repair in safe mode but unfortunately I got the same error.

I backed up my registry and created a restore point.
