Hello Shane,

I'm getting this message eventually, the case is when I enter a folder then click back or up to rename/delete that folder, that message appear, I have to wait for some minutes in order to delete/rename it.

Any idea?

Shane:
Are you able to delete it after a small amount of time has passed? If so then it is most likely your antivirus scanning something in the folder, or still having a lock on the folder until it is done. happens all the time for me when I go into a folder and then back out right away and try to remove it, it is my AV scanning the files, and so they are locked. but once it is done I am able to delete it fine.

It is possible for explorer.exe to do the same thing, if it was reading any of the files in the folder (Size, dates and such) and it hasnt let go of the file yet.

Well I doubt about that, you know I start to dislike eset stuff nowadays,  any way do you think that (attached pic) would solve it?

Usually it's to do with having administrator options, Providing you have them, just right click on file, down to properties, to make sure "Everyone", or "All" are not checked!
