No that isnt the problem, he CAN delete it, but only after a few mins have passed. This is normally because something on the system still has a lock on the folder or file and he is waiting for the lock to clear before he can remove it.

So right now just trying to find out what is causing the lock.

bonbonboi, just a s a test, if you boot into safe mode do you have the problem there as well? That way we can test with the AV out of the way and without having to uninstall it :wink:

I have sent before a screen shot of my AV's settings, I've changed some parameters, I will update this post if any new happened. :wink:

Yes, you must log on as a administrator or run any progrma under the adminsitrator account...

No exceptions to this RULE any longer!!!!!

I am already an admin user, well that has disappeared since I changed some parameters in the eset's settings.
