windows updates problem After doing a repair install

Gamezertruth:
i just go to trying what in your Instructions and some of Tricks is working ok like a 120 trial Trick However, I have a tool called runscanner, I have run it and have found that a Dll file is missing!

Boggin:
The trial version expiring (if it did) may have something to do with those missing files - especially the wuaucpl.cpl but while you are in a continuous trial mode I think I would be tempted to redo the repair install, but don't know if this would give you another 120 days - this may allow you to go on forever.

Gamezertruth:
I think a repair installation of Windows will not fix the problem because of the end of the trial version. So I do not know what I should do? Perhaps there is another solution?

Boggin:
If you have any personal stuff to back up, do that and then do a clean install - that should reset your 120 day clock.
