I think this problem is amazing problem because in MSI forum no one could give me the answer!!!

Since it is happening only after running the WMI repair, that tells me what the problem was, since I have seen other 3rd party programs do that.
There is no fix I can do on my side because the WMI has to get rebuilt for the repair, but an easy fix, if you could get them to listen, is to simply make sure the .mof file that is used to add itself to the WMI database gets installed in the folder with their program, then when my repair WMI runs and scans the drive looking for the mof files to add back it will find theirs and add it back, keeping you from having to reinstall it
