My laptop has always been connected to my internet connection from home, usually wirelessly. It hardly ever leaves the house.

Lets cover all the bases, open the uninstall programs and have it show windows updates.

Check if you have Windows Server Update Services installed. :wink:

I do not see Windows Server Update Services in the list of Installed Updates
