Disable ctfmon.exe

Also yahoo messenger, do you really need that at start up?
Greenshot.exe ( a screen shotter, yes?) does n't need to run at start up.
You could always use MS Zero config utility instead of the intel software for your wifi, your choice.
WLTRAY.exe, again your choice.

So ther's a few things that you could trim out (personally I would/ do) up to you. YMMV.
If you do try them one at a time, see how it goes :wink:
Create a restore point/ reg backup in case.
But on the list that you've got, your 60 seconds is about right.
PS Your lack of AV is a concern, with those specs you can run AV no problem.

Ok,i googled up the existing services and searched their specific location in my device
Apoint => service will toggle touchpad when mouse present or not,helpful in case mouse fails and when you are typing and your hand goes over touchpad [Keep]
iFrmewrk =>thats intel WiFi tray icon,not very usefull but i still want to know wheter my Internet dropped or not[Keep/Discard]
Zcfgsvc =>thats Intel Wireless Auto-connect/recconnect if connection dropped,[Keep]
Stsystra => Sigmatel Sound drivevr,[Keep]
GreenShot =>Fast Save print screen directly on filles,Full screen or window,[Keep]
Other new info i discovered using provided software:
-C:\ drive 63% fragmented,doing a defrag right now
-Boot vis found that services and applications take 37 s to load,report provided in attachments
