There are a huge amount of these identical CAPI2 errors.

error -583, that is the same one on the system i was working on with the same problem. Looks like that is a good one to look for so far.

Mind shooting me a reminder email after the end of the month about it? Reason why is the next week I am going to be focused on getting windows 10 support added to the program :-)

Sorry I didnt get it added to this release. I worked 5 days straight working out a bug in windows 10 and permissions. Man windows 10 is touchy lol
