Unable to create Restore Points

showed me it ran the permissions  :cheesy: hmmm now lets see im wondering if you change the size of your shadow copy

create a restore point. i feel like by the time i have this fixed ill know how to speak dutch lol...

Again no luck... same 0x8004231f error keeps coming back up.
P.S. I'm created the restore point using Windows itself; should I use restore point creator instead?
